Original Item. Only One Available. This is an extraordinarily scarce example of a Finnish WWII era M1910 leather gunner’s maintenance kit, which still contains its original tools and accessories for the Maxim MG. The box retains its original data sheet inside which lists the original contents. Not all contents are retained, but some are.
The translated data sheet reads:

Tin box which includes:
Hammer

Asbestos wire 2m
This set contains the pliers, oil man, washer, oiling brush, angle stick, and a few more pieces we can’t directly identify. The small tin box is retained, with some of the contents but not all of them. The hammer appears to be missing. The asbestos wire is intact and is held inside some Finnish newspaper.
The case when closed measures 6½ x 10½ x 3”. A nice example, ready for further research and display.
