The colors are still great, and the leather is supple, exhibiting only minimal signs of wear and crazing. The bag's features and design are a testament to the high quality of craftsmanship of the era, and it is an exceptional piece of military history that would make a fantastic addition to any collection. Throughout World War II, Germany's artillery was a powerful and deadly force on the battlefield. Although often overshadowed by the tanks and aircraft used in Blitzkrieg, Germany's artillery played a crucial and strategic role in their methods of waging war. This artillery was responsible for inflicting the majority of combat casualties, with field artillery being the primary killer on the battlefield. In fact, it was responsible for around three-quarters of all combat casualties. Despite its importance, the role of Germany's artillery is often overlooked in military history. However, its impact on the outcome of the war should not be underestimated.
