This denotes manufacture by Hensoldt & Sohne Werke A-G of Wetzlar in Germany. The second line is the serial number. The piece has heavy wear and oxidation to the original finish, especially on the white pieces at the end. The legs still open without issue. There is some denting to the body. The optic is a bit dirty but visible.
It measures 31¼ x 3⅝”. A great example, the first we’ve offered, ready for further research and display!
