Original German WWII Kriegsmarine Insignia Grouping - Breast Eagles, Sleeve Chevrons, and More - 13 Items

Original Items: Only One Set Available. This is a very nice collection of German WWII Kriegsmarine Navy Insignia, which was brought back from the European theater by a USGI after the war was concluded. Many solders traded these on the way back, and would end up with a pocket full of various different collectible items, and this set represents the typical "haul" one might have come back with. There are a variety of sleeve insignia, including chevrons and ratings badges, and also several breast eagles. Definitely a nice set!

This lovely set includes:

- One German WWII Kriegsmarine Navy Embroidered U-Boat und Berggs taucher EM/NCO Diver Trade Badge, white blue uniform version. This features a white canvas backing with carmine red embroidered insignia, showing a divers helmet over three chevrons.

- One German WWII Kriegsmarine Navy Embroidered Torpedohilfslehrer Assistant Torpedo Instructor Trade Badge, navy blue uniform version. This features a navy blue wool backing with carmine red embroidered insignia, showing a torpedo over two chevrons. There is backing fabric still present on the badge. 

- One German WWII Kriegsmarine Machine Embroidered Breast Eagle, Gold on Black background. This would have been used on the navy blue uniform, and has no signs of being installed on a uniform.

- One Strip of FOUR German WWII Kriegsmarine BeVo Machine Embroidered Breast Eagles, Gold on Navy Bue background. This is an uncut strip of 4 breast eagles, just how they came out of the machine. This would have been used on the navy blue uniform, and show just a bit of fraying of the edges.

- One German WWII Kriegsmarine Navy Oberstabsgefreiter Sleeve Double Chevron Patch. This is made from the correct gold tresse around a single pip on a navy blue background for the Navy Blue uniform.

- One German WWII Kriegsmarine Navy Stabsgefreiter Sleeve Chevron Patch. This is made from the correct gold braided tresse around a single pip on a navy blue background for the Navy Blue uniform.

- One German WWII Kriegsmarine Navy Hauptgefreiter Sleeve Triple Chevron Patch. This is made from the correct gold tresse on a navy blue background for the Navy Blue uniform.
