The Story
Original Item. Only One Available. This is a tremendous piece to complement your German WWII collection. This porcelain statue, maker-marked to Neundorf, depicts a German Heer soldier atop a motorcycle, conducting reconnaissance with a pair of binoculars. He has a K98 carbine slung over his back, and wears ammunition pouches and a (likely) M30/M38 gas mask canister.
The statue measures 9 ¼” tall and sits atop a base measuring 9 ⅜ x 5”. The motorcycle extends a bit past the edge of the base, and is roughly 10” long. There is no damage or chipping to the porcelain, and it has held up tremendously well over the past 80+ years.
An outstanding piece of porcelain for your German WWII collection. Ready for display.
