The Story

Original Items. Only One Set Available. This is a very nice set of German pilot officer’s shoulder boards, a great matching set. Each bears a Flieger insignia and a single pip, denoting Flieger Leutnant, a rank comparable to a first lieutenant in the U.S. Army.

Each board has blue backing and show heavy wear with some fraying of the base material. The back shows what look to be glue marks at the tops and bottoms, so this example was likely captured by an American who put them in a scrapbook.

A very rare set to find in original condition, and certainly all original! Ready for display!
