Original Imperial Japanese WWII Navy Late War Enamel Canteen with Straps

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very rare late war Enamel Japanese Navy canteen in phenomenal shape, all complete with its original khaki and leather straps still retained. These enameled canteens are very scarce, and this is the second we have had to offer. The canteen itself is in great shape, with 90% of the original paint still intact. The Naval insignia on this canteen is very nice, featuring the usual Anchor.

The canteen is in great shape, the leather strap around the cap still pliable and the buckles still retained. There is some staining to the khaki straps as shown. There is some kanji markings to one side. The cork still functions well. This example doesn’t have the leather straps normally found and has replaced canvas straps. This canteen is in phenomenal condition and we would recommend leaving it that way!

This canteen will fit great into any Japanese Navy or WWII Collection.
