The Story

Original Item. Only One Available. This is an outstanding piece which may have been brought back by an American soldier serving in Cuba during the Spanish-American War. This unit was listed in the Spanish Order of Battle for San Juan Hill, making for a great research project!

The buckle is in fair condition but shows heavy service wear. The reverse shows a great Barcelona maker's mark along with some stamped numbers.

The buckle was purchased from Bannerman’s in roughly 1955, giving it great provenance as an original piece. Comes ready for further research and display!
