Original U.S. Civil War Ornate Double-Sided Bird Motif Powder Flask by Frary, Benham & Co.

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a gorgeous powder flask with a lovely avian motif on both sides, manufactured by Frary, Benham & Co. This is a very scarce maker of powder flasks, and this one is in great shape with a spout that is missing the spring, so there is no longer tension.

The top of the spout is stamped FRARY, BENHAM & CO. / IMPROVED PATENT. The flask has a very shiny bronze-like finish that displays beautifully.
