Original U.S. Colonial Era Large Size Powder Horn

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very nice example of an Early American powder horn with bulbous throat. The bottom of the horn has six crude nails holding the wooden butt in place. This is a very well-used horn. There is a long bar in the wooden butt for attachment of a strap.

The horn has great color which has worn heavily over time.

The horn is roughly 13 1/2” long. A very nice horn from Early America. Ready for further research and display.
