This is a great example of an ISPRA Model No. 404D P Blast Dispersion Dust Grenade. The label on the side is original to the grenade and was likely added for use as a sample room specimen grenade. The label denotes that it uses a pepper agent, and that it has a 4 second delay fuze. It should not be thrown less than 50ft from the crowd.
