$58.50The Story
Original Item. Only One Available. Seersucker, hickory stripe or railroad stripe is a thin, puckered, usually cotton fabric, commonly but not necessarily striped or chequered, used to make clothing for hot weather. This is a lovely Korean War M1952 Female Marine’s Seersucker dress. There is a stamped name on the collar, but it is too worn to read properly, making for a good research project.
The dress has EGAs on the collars, Corporal chevrons on the sleeves, and a National Defense Ribbon on the breast. There are two buttons missing.
A great example, ready for further research and display.
