Original Item: Only One Available. This is a great Model 1887 U.S. Army Model 1887 Cavalry Officer .38 Caliber Cartridge Belt with a cast brass 1881 style buckle and a 1903-dated M1896 revolver holster.
The belt is in good shape with 45 loops for revolver cartridges. There is some fraying at several points on the belt.
The holster is marked:

H.E.I.
The holster has extremely heavy wear with crazing across its length and stitching loss at the bottom of the holster. The front flap is stamped F4 / 4, possibly an old unit marking.
A very lovely pistol belt set from the Philippine-American War era. Ready for further research and display.
