The Story

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very interesting double-sided powder flask with a depiction of the American Eagle Seal on both sides. The flask appears to be heavy brass or possibly bronze, and measures 6½” long.

We call this example Indian Wars due to the manufacturing which appears to be post-Civil War. The spout itself does unscrew but the entire cap does not, having been screwed in. The spout still functions with the spring still intact.

A very interesting and heavy flask, ready for further research and display.
