Original Item. Only One Available. All of the components of this lovely Trench Art Lighter are Totally inert and demilitarized according to BATF guidelines with hollow body and inert fuses. None of these items can be converted to explosive devices and the lighter is not available for export.
This is a great example of a Post-WWII “trench art” lighter manufactured by companies such as Samuel Kravitt of New Haven, Connecticut. This example comes with a copy of an advertisement for this very style of lighter.
This example retains its original paint with the yellow ring around the throat. The body is marked with an L in a diamond denoting manufacture by the rare maker Littlestown Foundry.
The bottom has a screw-in that can be unscrewed to reload the fuel.Â
