Original U.S. Vietnam War Chinese NVA RPG-2 “B40” Rocket “Bringback” - Original Internal Cone Intact - Inert

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a fantastic Vietnam War “bringback” item, an original Chinese-supplied RPG-2 rocket, referred to by the NVA at the B40, used by the Vietcong during the war. The RPG-2 is a man-portable, shoulder-fired anti-tank weapon that was designed in the Soviet Union. It was the first successful anti-tank weapon of its type, being a successor to the earlier and unsuccessful rocket-propelled grenade RPG-1. They were supplied to the NVA by both the Soviets and Chinese.

Unloaded or dummy grenades, artillery shell casings, and similar devices, which are cut or drilled in an BATF-approved manner so that they cannot be used as ammunition components for destructive devices, are NOT considered NFA weapons. This example retains its original green paint, with light wear from oxidation chipping much of the paint. The round retains its Chinese markings on the side:

The round measures roughly 19¾” long and retains its tail fin assembly, with all of the six original fins retained, and in good shape.

The shaft is unscrewable from the head, and the upper head is unscrewable from the lower head, for inspection of the still-intact internal cone, often missing from these. This is a fantastic bringback item, the second of its kind we have offered.
