Original U.S. WWI Air Service Pilot’s Flight Gauntlet Gloves with Acme Snaps - Size 8 1/2

Original Items. Only One Set Available. This is a great set of American motoring/flying gauntlets worn by pilots and observers of the Army Air Service. The gauntlets came from a museum and retain a museum catalog number along with ROSEHILL TORONTO on the interior.

Both gauntlets are in great shape and retain their tightening snaps which are marked ACME MAKE. They both work great and the leather of each is in great order with very wide throats as shown. The inside of one has a fabric label that reads TABLE CUT and 8 1/2, indicating the size.

A great set of flight gauntlets, ready for further research and display.
