Original Items. Very Few Available. We are offering a fantastic selection of service-used and UNIT-MARKED M1910 First Aid Dressing Pouches! Original examples are difficult enough to find, but almost never with unit markings.

You will receive one as shown. Some units include the 339th Field Artillery Regiment, D.S.T. 302 Co. D, Co. A 18th (Infantry), and more.

They are all dated between 1917 and 1918, and all have working snaps with good wear.
