Original Item. Only One Available. This is a tremendously scarce Army Air Forces marked FTG-3-1 Food tray galley, used by aircrews aboard bombers during World War II. This example still retains its original power cord for warming up food, along with its food trays and beverage cups in the lower compartment.
The galley retains its data plates:

The top of the galley next to the handle is stamped H2164, and the interior of the lower lower door is stamped DO NOT PLACE IN WATER. The top drawer only retains the salt and pepper shakers which are held by metal tongs. The lower compartment retains 11 of the 12 beverage cups, one without the lid and 10 with lids, and six food trays. Some of the cups are even still wrapped in their original paper, so this is certainly a great unissued set. The lids of the cups are stamped FTG3 / 320-3.
The power cord is retained with some fraying, but nothing too severe. We have not tested if it works, and we would not recommend trying. Measures approximately 17"W x 11"D x 18"H.
This is a scarce piece of AAF equipment, and the first we’ve offered. Comes ready for further research and display.
