Original U.S. WWII Battle of the Bulge Battlefield Pickup Relic Lot: Battle-Damaged Fixed Bale Front Seam M1 Helmet Shell, Canteen Cup & Utensils - Inert

Original Items: Only Ones Available. This is a great lot of Battlefield Pickup Relics Recovered from the site of the Battle of the Bulge. The items were procured by an amateur historian while accompanying a veteran’s organization on a tour of the battlefield. We were told these items came from the site, but we have no paperwork or provenance to back this up.

All of the ordnance in this set has been demilitarized according to specifications by the BATF, and makes this set not available for export.

The items include:
- Fixed Bale Front Seam M1 helmet with several shrapnel / bullet impact holes and several rust holes as well. The stainless steel rim is retained and still shiny, and the bales are still well-attached. There are some stress cracks and heavy oxidation overall, but this is a great relic example!
- Crushed U.S. Canteen cup, missing handle.
- Mess kit fork & spoon, no mess kit.
- Various lift-the-dot snaps, bullet casings, small vials, uniform buttons, coins, and bits of shrapnel.

This is a great lot of items with good displayability. Comes ready for display.
