The Story

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a great example of a Knife Crafters throwing knife manufactured during World War II and marketed to soldiers going overseas.

The knife measures 7⅝” overall and is stamped on one side:

KNIFE-CRAFTERS

And on the other:

CHESTNUT HILL
PHILA. U.S.A.

The blade shows sharpening over the years but is still in good condition overall.

The original leather sheath is stamped on the front:

KNIFE-CRAFTERS
TRADEMARK
CHESTNUT HILL
PHILA. U.S.A.

The sheath has some minor dry rot but is still in good order, with just cracking and crazing. The securing strap is retained, just worn. The 9 rivets are still retained.

A great example of a commercially sold throwing knife, ready for further research and display.

Dimensions:
Blade Length: 2 1/2”
Total Length: 7 5/8”
Scabbard Length: 7 3/8”
