Original Items: Only One Lot Available. This is a wonderful assortment of items used by Engineers or Demolitionists during World War II, including a great Blasting Galvanometer in its original leather case, two 1/2 lb TNT blocks, and some great blasting cap containers.
The lot includes
- U.S. Army Blasting Galvanometer by Westinghouse, serial number 1996670, in original leather carrying case with strap. Rare!
- Two great ½ Lb TNT Blocks, one of which is much less oxidized than the other. One of the end caps comes off of the less oxidized one.
- Box of US Army Special Blasting Caps, DuPONT. Empty.
- Small wooden box meant to hold ten blasting caps with lid and latch. Label on the side has 1/71 date likely when it was redepoted.
- Ordnance Corps tin of 50 Blasting Caps, U.S. Army Special. Empty.
- Herco-Tube tube of 12ft of electric blasting cap wires. Hercules powder company. Wire is intact.
- Box of Firestone friction tape, dated February 1944. Tape is retained but box hax corner damage showing the tape inside.
- Roll of yellow and green blasting wire, four sets on same roll.
This is a fantastic blasting cap kit, ready for further research and display!
