Original U.S. WWII Korean War Era Relic M49A2 60mm Deactivated Mortar Round Restored with Added Decals - Inert

Original Item: Only One Available. Totally inert and demilitarized according to BATF guidelines with hollow body and inert fuse. This mortar round cannot be converted to an explosive device.

Unloaded or dummy grenades, artillery shell casings, and similar devices, which are cut or drilled in an BATF-approved manner so that they cannot be used as ammunition components for destructive devices, are not considered NFA weapons. This is a very interesting M49A2 mortar round which is put together from a mix of relic and non-relic parts which were then repainted and restored for display. The fuze is still removable for inspection of the interior. The button is painted silver and is seized.

The body has added decal markings but the shell itself is stamped LOT-2-57D-80 60MM M49A2.

A great restored round, ready for further research and display.
