Original U.S. WWII M1 Helmet Liner by Firestone with Original Chinstrap

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a lovely choice example of a Firestone-manufacture M1 helmet liner, with the original suspension liner in great shape, and with the chinstrap stretched taut over the brim.

The liner is the correct high pressure WWII issue and stamped with the Firestone Manufacturing Company F logo stamped in the crown. The liner is fitted with a frontal eyelet, and features OD#3 (aka Khaki) web HBT suspension fitted by blacked A-Washers. The liner chinstrap is retained and is cracking and crazing after having been stretched over the brim.

The paint on the liner is all retained, and this is a really excellent plain example.
