Original U.S. WWII Navy M69E Transport Coat with Name & Original Belt - Size 38

Original Item. Only One Available. This is a lovely WWII Navy M69E Transport coat. This pattern of coat was produced for airmen serving with the US Navy flying in open cockpit aircraft and on long patrols over the Atlantic.

The lining is marked with the name C.W. ALTMAN / 460368700 SSA. Very interesting markings that we do not recognize. The original belt is retained, but the buckle is heavily oxidized.

A very scarce and beautiful coat, in good enough condition that it could be worn today! Ready for further research and display.
