The Story
Original Item. Only One Available. This is an original PAK CAP model U.S.Navy Admiral visor cap in black. It was made by Rogers Peel Company who had firms in New York and Boston. It features a black hard plastic/leather frame construction with wool topped leather visor with a bullion American eagle cap badge with a gold chinstrap held in by two Navy buttons.
The sweatband retains much of its stitching but has heavy loss in the back. The celluloid sweatshield is also missing much of its stitching. The cap is a good example that shows heavy period use.
Ready to display.
