Original U.S. WWII Navy Pilot’s Uniform Lot with Summer Flight Suit, Flight Helmet with Avionics & Goggles, USN Marked Mae West Life Jacket with Shark Chaser

Original Items. Only One Lot Available. This is an outstanding lot of uniform items that would make for a fantastic US Navy WWII Pilot mannequin. All items are WWII and are in good overall condition.

- Summerweight flight suit with retained data tag:

The suit is in good shape with service wear and it retains the TALON-marked zipper.

- NAF-1092 Navy Flight helmet with Type TH-37 Avionics installed. Leather chin cup intact as well. Marked USN on the reverse. Made by Slote & Klein.

- US WWII AN-6530 goggles in rough condition, goggles have broken away from rubber backing. Still looks good for display. Elastic band is retained but is no longer elastic.

- USN-marked Mae West Life jacket with manufacture date of June 29th, 1943 and retained Life Jacket Shark Chaser and Dye Marker packets attached. Marked PILIGIAN on the back, likely the name of the sailor. This may identify him as Lieutenant Sarhad N. Piligian of the 57th Naval Construction Battalion. 

This is an outstanding uniform group that will look fantastic put together on a mannequin. Comes ready for further research and display.
