This is a great lot of WWII personal rations commonly found in the kit of an American G.I. This lot has some great items that will definitely help spruce up your WWII G.I. display.
The lot includes:
- Sealed pack of 2 pieces P.K. Wrigley’s gum.
- Sealed tin of National Household Dried Machine Skimmed Milk specially packed for “British Ministry of Food” with United Nations label. Interesting.
- Sealed tube of Malted Milk tablets, Beech-nut packing co. Denting.
- Compressed Granulated Sugar in clear plastic covering, partially sealed.
- Sealed pressed tablet of Domino sugar.
- Tiny bottle of 12 Halazone water purifying tablets.
- Milky Way candy bar with wrapper eaten away at by bugs, wrapper has “Torris Zone” on it denoting that the chocolate had a higher melting point and was perfect for warmer environments.
- Hershey’s Tropical Chocolate bar, 2 ounces. Heavy wear to wrapper with holes and some residue.
- Tin of Processed American Cheese and Bacon, several holes in rust on tin, heavy wear overall.
