Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice WWII Issue "Packing box M1917" ammunition crate for 1344 .30cal M2 Ball cartridges in 8 round clip bandoleers. The front of the crate still bears the original packing information on the front:

One side of the box has some of the same markings but they are heavily faded. The lead liner is entirely gone, as is the lid. The crate measures roughly 18 x 9½ x 13¾”.
