Original U.S. WWII Style Korean War Airborne Schrade Walden NY M2 Pocket Knife without Bail

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very good example of an early Korean War issue M2 Paratrooper pocket knife, with correct black plastic "jigged bone" handles. These are almost identical to the WWII issue, with the main differences being markings and the more durable plastic grips. These are very difficult to find, especially in this almost like-new condition.

It is marked on the base of the blade with:

WALDEN
NY

This service-worn example is in fully functional condition and does not have a bail ring, and doesn’t look to have ever had one. Condition is great, with just a few tiny stains on the interior of the handle due to decades of age and storage. The blade has some scratches and light pitting but nothing serious. 

Extremely rare to find in any condition, perfect for any collection!

Worn in the breast pocket of the Paratrooper M2 Jump Jacket these knives were intended for paratroopers to cut there parachute cords and anything else if they got entangled during a jump.
