Original U.S. WWII Thompson SMG Kerr Pattern Web Sling with NOBUCKL Brass Hardware - Unissued

Original Item: One Only. This is an outstanding unissued example of the very scarce U.S. issue Thompson Sub Machine gun sling. This sling is a shorter version of the "Standard Kerr Extension Gun Sling" issued for the 1903 Springfield rifle. When properly attached, the sling has multiple length configurations, and is fully adjustable depending on how the Thompson was being held.

This example is constructed of tan colored webbing with the correct blacked brass hardware, with all clips NOBUCKL marked with patent dates. The canvas is in very good condition, with no fraying and just a bit of storage wear, staining, and dirt. The hardware is fully functional, with the springs working and all parts included.
