Original U.S. WWII US Navy Shipboard Medical Department Combat Dressing Box

Original Item: Only One Available. This is a fantastic WWII issue, US Navy Medical Department Combat Dressings box, empty but in wonderful condition. These types of sealed containers would have been present on larger Naval Vessels as well as Hospital Ships. These containers would have been placed in rather public, easily accessible areas to be used to treat wounded as well as replenish med kits as needed.

The tin can itself retains much of the original paint with clear markings that label what it is as well as the contents that would be inside:
